Soul Readings
Soul Coaching or also called Soul Reading Sessions are an in depth Soul Reading to receive insights to give you more clarity, understanding about your life lessons, alignment for your Soul Growth.
Soul Readings are done with authenticity, integrity, compassion and an empathy what you may experience at this moment.
Heike taps into the realms of Masters of the Light, Angels and the Source infinite in Love and light. She works with Ascended Masters such as The Great White Brotherhood, Melchizedek, The Great Ones, Archangel Michael, Gabriel and Raphael, and many benevolent light beings who come in to help.
A Session last for 45 Minutes or more.
Healing Alignments
Healing Sessions or Alignment Healing will leave you elevated, vitalized and in a radiant flow of beautiful healing energy that will work for several days after your healing.
Every Session is different and unfolds in its own beneficial way.
You can set a theme, how it will play out in the healing session can be different, as the higher consciousness wisdom and love brings you all and everything you need right now. Trust, it is a safe space to let your guards down!

Meditations
Meditation in stillness or guided Meditations are a powerful way to connect to your Higher Self, Spirit, Source and to bring Brain and Heart back into coherence.
You can attend a 1:1 guided Meditation, a group Meditation and at some point download offered guided Meditation. Which is a wonderful way to work with. in your own time and space!
A Meditation starts with re-centering through breath work.
I am trained through my Yoga Instructor and Stress Management certifications in various modalities to help and support you to bring calmness and clarity .
A Session can last 20, 30, or more minutes.
Animal Speaks
Animal Healing Communications is my love for animals and to support them on their path. I do animal healing, and from there animal communications occur in a natural state while the session is unfolding. The connection to work on your pet are done easily remote and I either do a live with you and your pet, or you do send me latest picture from your pet, name and where you live.
No information of the experienced difficulties of your pet is required. . I tune in to the time we scheduled and I will record the healing communication.
The Session can last up to 45 minutes and will be recorded so you can watch it again.
